Many taxi services (cab services) offer Sri Lanka tour packages for foreigners- with or without divers. If you are confident about your driving, you can choose to self-drive. If you choose to have a driver with you, the rate will be a little higher than that for the first option, but this is a safer method for a traveller (or a group of travellers) to whom the local roads are challenging, Once you reach a particular destination, you may also rent scooters (or even bicycles) and on them, you may explore the destination like a local.
